Heritage Harvest Farm

We offer both stall and field boarding at our facility.  We welcome traditional boarders as well as retirees, lay-ups, hard keepers, and miniature horses.

We have 13 stalls in 3 different barns, all with stall mats.  Fans are provided in every stall during the warmer months, and heated water buckets are provided during the colder months.  Hay and water is checked and replenished several times throughout the day.

We have 6 fields ranging in size from 10 to 40 acres.  Fields are divided as much as possible based on personality of the horses to provide maximum compatibility among the herds.  Most fields have run-in sheds and all fields have ample tree coverage for inclement weather.  Field horses are given plenty of grass and rabon blocks to eat through the spring and summer months, and an unlimited supply of hay as well as supplemental protein blocks throughout the winter months.  All fields also come with individual feed pens to insure the horses do not fight over grain and that your horse gets all their grain.

We also have several smaller paddocks for individual turnout based on special situations. Prices may vary based on situation.

We have two riding rings that are available for use.  Our smaller ring is 60 x 100 with sand footing and arena lights.  Our larger ring is 100 x 200 with bluestone footing.  We also have a round pen and a small cross country course on site, and there are several trails close to the farm.

Dr. Jenna Smedley is an equine vet and lives on the premises. She does not charge farm calls for boarders' horses which will save you money, especially if your horse is rehabing or has a chronic condition.   If you choose to use our vet and/or farrier, we will hold free of charge.
